Member
Bony Dawood is a civil engineer, entrepreneur, and infrastructure executive with more than three decades of experience tuming complex opportunities into lasting enterprises. In 1992, he founded Dawood Engineering. growing the firm into an award-winning multidisciplinary engineering, in a protes land geospatial company throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East before its acquisition by Woolpert in 2025.
His career spans transportation, energy utilities, land development, geospatial technologies, pioneered technology-driven solutions, and built strategic partnerships that connected physical assets with actionable data. Throughout his career, Bony has championed a people-first approach to leadership built on responsiveness, trust, continuous improvement, and exceptional client service.
George Harakal
Member
George Harakal is an accomplished business and construction executive whose career has been defined by building high-performing organizations, delivering technically demanding infrastructure projects, and leading companies through sustained growth. His executive leadership experience provides Virens with a practical, execution-focused perspective on constructability, project delivery. and operational excellence.
George has served in senior leadership positions including President and Chief Executive Officer-within construction and infrastructure companies throughout Western Pennsylvania. He brings a disciplined approach to strategic planning, partner alignment, project execution, and organizational leadership, helping clients move ambitious developments efficiently from concept through construction and long-term operation
